The ANIMOIDS Client can use the Internet to allow you to download animated characters and software updates. It can also use the Internet to upload characters for entry into competitions.

The Online button at the top of the application tells you when you are online. If it looks like:

	then you are not online until you click the button.
	then you are online and the application is allowed to contact the Animoids web service to upload and download animated characters or to get information like online help or software updates.

Privacy
If you stay Offline then we will not collect any information about you when you use the ANIMOIDS Client.

If you go Online we'll collect two types of information:

• About you - when you register on our site.
• About how you use our site - because we can track this using 'cookies'.

• To maintain records of what you buy and sell.
• To customize what you see on our site.
• For anonymous analysis about customer activity.

• We don't send you junk mail!
